Kat is the host of our bi‑weekly webinars and the person keeping you connected to every new CPD opportunity. She manages the logistics, marketing, and communications behind our webinars, in‑person events, and specialist training, making sure OTs always know what’s available and how to get involved. Kat ensures our community never misses a chance to learn.

Nicola is our in‑house marketing expert, bringing years of experience in helping organisations raise their profile and reach the right audience. She supports OT CPD with strategy, campaigns and supplier promotion, making sure your involvement gets seen in all the right places. Alan provides the tech support that keeps OT CPD running smoothly and also manages our accounts behind the scenes. With over 20 years’ experience in the tech world, he’s the steady hand making sure our systems work the way they should. From troubleshooting to keeping everything organised, Alan helps our team, and our events, run without a hitch.

Mike is a trusted OT CPD trainer, and you’ll also meet him in person at our workshop events around the UK. He brings decades of clinical and training experience across health, social care and education. His lived experience of Neurodiversity within his own family also gives his teaching a depth and honesty that OTs consistently value, blending practical insight with real‑world understanding.

Sue is a trusted OT CPD trainer and an experienced psychosexual therapist. For over 20 years she has supported individuals and couples with concerns around sexual wellbeing and relationships, later expanding her work to include people with lifelong and acquired physical disabilities. Sue brings deep expertise, compassion, and specialist knowledge to her training, helping OTs feel more confident supporting clients in this sensitive area.
